New Beginnings

I've always wanted to start a fashion blog because I got so inspired with some fashion bloggers such as Patricia Prieto, Camille Co and Kryz Uy. I read their blogs religiously until that it came to the point that I've started to think that maybe I can start my own blog but that was way way back (like a year ago) Maybe, you're thinking so why didn't you start then? Well , the answer to that was I didn't have the courage then to start. I felt like I was not yet ready.

 In the meanwhile, I started taking baby steps (haha) ..so a year ago I started posting #ootds on Instagram because even though I didn't have the courage to start a blog. I was still eager to show everyone how much I loved fashion. All the positive feedbacks that I've got from posting my #ootds on Instagram actually built my courage.

This new year, inspired me to take a leap of faith and do something that I've always been scared of doing for reasons that I cannot explain. I want to do something new this year that may or might not change my life.

This outfit is the one I wore to New year's eve, pretty ironic huh?

Just a simple shimmery velvet dress for New year's eve is perfect! When the dress is in bright lights, it actually shows its rich maroon color which I think is pretty cool. 

It has a cutout at the back, so while the front is pretty conservative, the back part shows a little bit of skin.

This pair of floral boots is a great contrast to the velvet dress.
